Investments

Our investment theory is to concentrate capital in micro-neighborhoods that provide strong real estate fundamentals – such as public transportation options, a strong community fabric, or existing institutional interest.
To maximize community and financial impact of our investments we deploy a multi-disciplinary approach that combines strategy across asset types – commercial, residential, industrial. We pair this approach with smart online branding strategy and community relationships in an effort to change perceptions of a neighborhood while tackling deep rooted economic problems.
It is our belief that only with this holistic approach across asset classes can we strengthen communities to thrive in the 21st century with rising inequality and major environmental challenges that will devastate our urban fabric.

Beury

The Beury Building is a historic landmark situated at Broad & Erie – one of the busiest intersections in Philadelphia. Starting with the redevelopment of the existing Beury Building, the “new” Beury will be a new revision that combines both old and new while reinvigorating an intersection, a community, and in turn North Philadelphia.
