MaKen Studios South was redesigned to communicate a balance between old and new, heritage and modernity. Our spaces and studios boast unique architectural elements and ample natural light. The Urban Land Institute recognized MaKen Studios South and, its sister building, MaKen Studios North for excellence in adaptive reuse, neighborhood revitalization and catalytic economic development.
