We’re working with our partners to bring a hotel with the Marriott flag to the Beury Building and develop the adjacent lot into commercial and retail space, and market-rate and affordable apartments. This adaptive reuse and new development will create jobs and bring affordable housing to the neighborhood, and breathe new life into “North Broad’s most notorious empty shell.”
