The Residences at the Beury comprises 13,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space with 113 apartment residences above on five additional floors and surface parking in the back of the building. The commercial floor facades are almost entirely glass, providing ample natural light to businesses and openness to pedestrians along Broad Street.
The juxtaposition of the modern architectural aesthetic of the Residences and the historic façade of the planned Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at the Beury next door connects the past, present, and future of the intersection.
